Case Integrated Check-in Self-service Centralized Data Attendance Reports

At the Maersk event, we ran the attendee operation with a focus on data organization, fluid service and a consolidated report for the client.

We structured the attendee database in a centralized way to guarantee consistency at check-in and secure identification throughout the entire entry flow.

In the field operation, we provided a custom self-service totem, integrated with the same ecosystem as the check-in counter. This allowed two service paths with no data fragmentation.

Attendees with previously validated registration could go straight to the totem for a faster journey. Cases needing information adjustments, support or operational exceptions were directed to the counter, keeping the same history and status in the system.

With this design, check-in happened in an automated, practical way, without fragmenting information across service channels.

In the end, we delivered to the client a consolidated view of everyone present at the event, with data organized for operational reading and post-event decision-making.
