At Coplacampo 2024, we ran an integrated operation for a large agribusiness event, connecting registration, check-in and in-person service in a single system.
The flow started with online registration, with a centralized attendee database to guarantee data consistency and agility at the event's reception stage.
At in-person check-in, we operated service counters and self check-in totems in the same ecosystem, allowing each attendee to be served quickly through the channel best suited to their profile at the moment of arrival.
With full integration between registration, check-in and attendance status, the team maintained operational control in real time, even with a high volume of participants.
This architecture also made the post-event easier, with consolidated attendance data and a service trail for structured reporting to the client.
