At the 54th Unimed National Convention, held at the end of 2025, we continued evolving the operation with yet another consecutive cycle of integrated technology, connecting registration, check-in and access control in a single operational base.
The project included online registration sales, check-in management, counter service and self check-in totem operation, maintaining end-to-end traceability of the participant's journey.
A logistics highlight of this edition was the distribution of self check-in totems across more than 10 hotels in the city of João Pessoa. This allowed participants to complete critical steps before arriving at the event's main venue.
In the early flow, participants identified themselves by ID at the totem, printed their credential and registered their photo for facial access control. Arrival at the event then happened with validations already completed and smoother entry.
At the event venue, we maintained the integrated operation between service counters, facial recognition turnstiles and access rules linked to each participant's registration, reducing exceptions and improving flow predictability.
We also ran the cafeteria control and gift delivery control modules, with automatic recording of consumption and pickup for consolidated post-event reports with no dependency on parallel spreadsheets.
The result was a robust, distributed operation, with decentralized check-in, secure access via facial recognition and centralized data for an executive reading of performance.
