The custom LED structure welcomes participants with high-resolution animations and, thanks to the RFID technology integrated with smart check-in, automatically displays their name, photo, role, company or segmented messages. The result is a backdrop that generates queues in a positive way, produces spontaneous media and strengthens the visual identity of the promoting or sponsoring brand.
Every interaction is recorded in the Credenciall ecosystem, feeding engagement reports and attendance data together with the presence sensor and the attendee platform. Organizers can configure different layouts throughout the event, highlighting sponsors, announcing upcoming sessions or inviting the audience to complementary experiences such as the photo mosaic and the personalized greeting.
The panel can include cameras for capturing short videos, themed filters and QR Codes that direct to the event website, the information totem or the exhibitor portal.
