At the Unimed Technical Convention 2026, held at the beginning of the year, we ran the event's entire digital operation with a focus on access governance, operational fluidity and data traceability.
The journey started with online registration, selling registrations segmented by access period. The project required specific rules per day: participants with permission for distinct blocks (e.g., 1st and 2nd day, or 3rd and 4th day), plus separate policies for speakers and exhibitors.
This design was implemented with strict control of groups and permissions, but with practical execution in the field: service at the self-service totems, support at the check-in counter and entry validation according to each participant's active rule.
At event access, the facial recognition turnstiles operated integrated with the registration and per-profile permissions, guaranteeing automatic release only for those authorized on that day and in that access context.
On the exhibition front, several booths used interactive resources to increase audience retention and lead generation, including interactive games connected to the event's ecosystem.
All interaction data was centralized in the same base, accessible through the Exhibitor Portal to consult information about the participants who visited each booth.
The result was a complete operation, with registration, check-in, facial access and exhibitor activations integrated in a single system, delivering operational control and data intelligence for the post-event.
