Case Facial Recognition Access Control Self Check-in Integrated Turnstiles Interactive Activations

At the Unimed National Convention, for the third consecutive year we ran a complete operation, connecting registration, check-in, access control and interactive experiences in a single platform.

The project covered the participant's entire journey: online registration, ticket sales, on-site check-in and real-time operational validations, with no dependency on parallel spreadsheet controls.

At check-in, the self check-in totems were integrated with the ID-based identification flow. After finding their registration, participants printed their credential and registered facial biometrics for automatic release at the turnstiles.

With the facial recognition turnstiles connected to the system, event access happened quickly and securely: the photo was validated and entry released according to each participant's access rule.

Beyond access, we activated engagement experiences with real-time data, such as a photo mosaic on the big screen and a personalized LED tunnel, displaying participant information during the interaction.

We also executed specific operational controls, including cafeteria control for consumption tracking and gift pickup control with a one-unit-per-participant rule, all with automatic recording in the system.

The result was a unified technological environment, with end-to-end traceability and consolidated reports for reading flow, consumption, activations and the event's operational performance.
